Dr. Lynn Rossy developed and researched her class on mindful eating–Eat for Life, a 10 week program that helps you have a better relationship with your food, your body, and your life. Besides offering the class to the general public in a live online class, she trains professionals to teach mindful eating. In her classes, workshops, and retreats on a wide variety of mindfulness topics, she has an inspirational and engaging style of presenting that will capture the hearts and minds of any audience. Her deep understanding of mindfulness enables her to impart its value to people who have never heard about it before as well people who are well versed in it.  She has been an invited keynote speaker at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society as well as a speaker and trainer at numerous worksites and for a range of professional psychological trainings.

Eat For Life

The ten-week Eat for Life program is currently offered in a live online to anyone around the world. It is recommended for people who would like a better relationship to food and their bodies. In research published by Dr. Rossy, participants in the Eat for Life program reported greater mindfulness, higher levels of body appreciation and intuitive eating, and lower levels of problematic eating behaviors than the wait list comparison group. Training and Consultation

Dr. Rossy has developed a training pathway for professionals wanting to offer mindful eating in their practices. The training is based on the Eat for Life program and the concepts found in The Mindfulness Based Eating Solution. The training includes completion of a program followed by in depth supervision. Dr. Rossy also consults with professionals and lay people who are interested in a more in-depth understanding of mindful eating  and mindfulness in general.
