Dr. Lynn Rossy developed and researched her class on mindful eating–Eat for Life, a 10 week program that helps you have a better relationship with your food, your body, and your life. Besides offering the class to the general public in a live online class, she trains professionals to teach the class as well. In her classes, workshops, and retreats on a wide variety of mindfulness topics, she has an inspirational and engaging style of presenting that will capture the hearts and minds of any audience. Her deep understanding of mindfulness enables her to impart its value to people who have never heard about it before as well people who are well versed in it. She has been an invited keynote speaker at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society as well as a speaker and trainer at numerous worksites and for a range of professional psychological trainings.
