21 Days That Can Change Your Life: Don’t Miss Out!

Hello yogis,

It’s time to sign up for this year’s 21-Day Summer Sunrise Yoga Adventure!!! We’re just a couple of weeks away from starting, so now’s the moment to grab your spot. Don’t miss out on this once-a-year opportunity to deepen your practice. We will be doing asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), energy medicine, mudra, mantra, and more. Every other day, I introduce a new Yama or Niyama (one of the ethical practices of yoga).

The Yamas and the Niyamas are the first and second limbs of yoga that most people don’t know anything about. But they are the foundation of practicing yoga. There is a journaling component that allows you to explore the ethical practices more deeply. Dive into concepts like non-harming, truthfulness, non-grasping, contentment, and self-study. For instance, here are some samples of the related questions. “Where in your life are you being harsh with yourself–in your self-talk or expectations?” “Is there a truth about who you are, what you want, or what you value that you have been afraid to fully claim?” “Where are you attached to a particular outcome and how would it feel to let go of that?” “What teachings, texts, or wisdom traditions have most shaped how you understand yourself and the world? What did they open in you?”

At the end of 21 days, participants report feeling stronger physically than they have all year. They say they have more energy, more excitement for life, a sense of accomplishment, a feeling of community, and a more complete knowledge of yoga and what it can do for their lives. Committing to doing something for 21 days begins to change you. Yoga becomes more of a habit. Not just with the physical activity of yoga, but the underlying intentions of yoga begin to show up more in your thoughts and actions.

While I’ll be teaching live each morning from 6:15–7:30 a.m., you don’t have to be there live at 6:15 every day. I send out the recording shortly after each class, so you can practice whenever it fits your schedule — whether you’re in a different time zone or just need a little flexibility. I’d love to see you live each morning, of course, but I know life doesn’t always cooperate!

As always, our 21-day adventure ends with a brunch at my house (if you live in the vicinity!). I’ve been told it’s some people’s favorite part of the whole experience.

Don’t miss out!
