Ae you ready to have a kind and loving relationship with food and your body? Treat yourself this holiday season with a gift that will give you joy for the rest of your life. The life skills that you learn in the Eat for Life class will continue to grow over time and support you in creating total wellbeing.
This 10-week mindfulness-based intuitive eating program uses a non-diet approach to access the wisdom of your body to guide how, what, when, and why you eat. Research on the program has demonstrated its success at helping people increase intuitive eating (eating based on hunger cues instead of emotional and environmental cues), increase mindfulness, decrease binge eating, and increase appreciation for their bodies. Enjoy the food you eat, the body you inhabit, and the life you live.
I hope you can join us for this exciting journey. ACT NOW to get a special savings on the class (see below).

How does Eat for Life online work?
We will meet as a group each week live on a platform called Zoom. You can take the class from the comfort of your own home and still engage in a lively, meaningful group learning experience and exchange.
I have used the Zoom platform for more than a year now with groups and I’m very pleased with the results. While it’s not the same as being in the same room with people, it comes pretty close (see Zoom training videos here). Some participants have said they actually think it creates greater intimacy than an in-person class. Zoom offers the possibility to meet with the whole group and small break-out groups, which is an important part of my in-person classes.
A high-speed internet connection is recommended. Computers, tablets, and phones work, but keep in mind that with the smaller screen of a tablet or phone the images of your class friends will be very small. Your device needs an in-build camera and either an in-build microphone or you need a microphone to plug in.
Cancellation policy: A full refund is given up to 4 days before the start of the Eat for Life class. 75% of the full price is refunded if notice is given after the first class, 50% after the second class. There is no refund after class 3.
You will need to purchase the following books:
The Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution and Intuitive Eating.
Of course, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have.
