WEDNESDAY ENERGY MEDICINE YOGA:  Join me for weekly Energy Medicine Yoga (EMYoga) classes on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Go to my Energy Medicine Page to sign up for specific classes. You can join live online or sign up to get the recording.

FRIDAY KRIPALU YOGA: Kripalu yoga classes are on Fridays at 4:30 p.m. and will be held at Yoga Sol, 210 St. James Street, Columbia, MO. Go to the Yoga Sol website to register. This is an in-person class.

Yoga Retreat

A Costa Rica Yoga Retreat, September 22 – 29, 2024, Tierra de Sueños Lodge & Wellness Center.

Join me for an evolution in consciousness as you delve into the practices of yoga, energy medicine, mindfulness, and mindful eating. This retreat gives you proximity to both the tropical rainforest and the beaches of Playa Chiquita and Playa Punta Uva (one of the most spectacular beaches of Costa Rica). This will be my second retreat at this Center, and I am returning because there is so much more I want to experience. You will be delighted in this intimate setting with access to a world that has not kept up with the pace of everyone else. Pura Vida!

Your retreat will be supported by the values held by the retreat center. This ecotourism adventure is for those interested in preserving the environment, the welfare of the local people, and enjoying the country with little environmental impact.

Yoga Videos

Enjoy these yoga videos! Four of them were developed to be used in conjunction with the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR). These are gentle and mindful yoga practices that combine stretching and strengthening with present moment awareness and kindness. Always be sure to listen to your body when engaging in physical activity of any kind–honoring your body’s wisdom about how far to stretch or hold a pose. One of them is the Energy Medicine Yoga Wake Up. It is a short practice that you can do every day to feel more grounded, alive, balanced, and in touch with yourself and your energy.
